当前高校文秘专业本科层次在人才培养模式上,与高职高专没有根本性的区别,存在着目标层次、课程体系、实践性教学体系不明的问题。应该加强文秘专业本科层次的人才培养的研究与改革,以适应当今高校人才培养的发展需要。

There are many problems el, curriculum system, practical teaching in undergraduate-level personnel training pattern. As far as goal-lev- system are concerned, there are not fundamental difference in the current secretary specialty between undergraduate-level universities and vocational colleges. Professional train- ing for secretary specialty of undergraduates should be reformed to adapt to the development needs in today＇ s colleges and universities
