摘要
教师在教学准备的过程中,具体的备课、写教案等等往往都是根据自己的教学经验来进行的,具体的可操作性并不是很强,因而难免出现一些失误,这一点对刚刚走向教学岗位的年轻教学来讲,尤为如此。而教师备课的过程,又是一个不确定型的决策分析过程。文章介绍了一个教师在进行教学准备工作时,可进行具体操作的且简单适用的数学方法。
In the process of teaching preparation, the concrete designing and plan writing are conducted by teachers themselves according to their own experience .There fore; such teaching plans are only hard to operate, but also likely to have some deficiencies. This is especially true with the fresh hands. However ,the process of teaching plan designing is a process of flexible decision-making and analyzing. This paper introduces come easy and feasible teaching methods to apply to the teaching preparations.
