摘要
文章对现代人的心理健康进行扫描,论述了体育运动对心理健康的调节和促进作用。研究表明,目前心理方面的疾病已经成为人类生命和健康的主要威胁,体育运动对调节现代人心理健康有显著的不可替代的作用。
This paper has a scan of the psychological health of modern people, and believes sports can do good to it. Research has indicated that the psychological disease has become one of the main threats to people ' s health. And sports play an important role in making the condition better.
