摘要
本文用RIA法测定了209例新生儿脐血的T_3,T_4浓度,结果表明:脐血中T_4的浓度:男婴51.87~329.29nmol/L(144.71±15.61 nmol/L);女婴25.86~260.83nmol/L(142.55±36.74nmol/L),脐血中T_3的浓度:男婴0.09~2.03nmol/L(0.65±0.32nmol/L);女婴0.09~1.54nmol/L(0.7±0.35nmol/L)。脐血T_3、T_4的浓度在男女婴之间差异均无显著性。此方法是筛选新生儿甲状腺机能低下的简便经济有效的途径,为本地区新生儿甲低的早期诊断和治疗提供了可靠的依据。
The concentration of 3,5,3',5'-tetraiodothyronine(T_4)and 3,5,3'-triiodothyronine(T_3)in umbilical blood was measured by the methode ofradioimmunoasay(RIA).The results showed that the concentration of T_4 was144.71±45.61 nmol/L(male)and 142.55+36.74nmol/L (female),and the concentrationof T_3 was 0.65+0.32nmoI/L (male)and 0.74±0.35nmol/L (female).There was hardly anydifference in the concentration of T_4 or T_3 between the male and the female umbi-lical blood.These data provided the scientific basis for early diagnosis and treatm^-ent of original hypothyroidism in this locality.
