摘要
通过对9个笋用竹种叶片的光合速率测定,研究了光合速率的日变化与环境、生理因子之间的相互关系.结果表明:不同笋用竹种光合速率的日变化有一定的差异。并具有相似的变化规律——光合速率具明显的午休现象,上午8:00~9:30叶片光合速率随着光照强度的增加呈直线上升,在9:30出现全天第1个高峰值,在15:30出现第2个高峰值;9个笋用竹种中,慈竹的日最大净光合速率最高,为10.13μmol·m^-2·s^-1,依次为毛竹〉梁山慈竹〉红哺鸡竹〉白哺鸡竹〉桂竹〉刚竹〉高节竹〉假毛竹;慈竹的日均净光合速率最大为4.91μmol·m^-2·s^-1,依次为毛竹〉梁山慈竹〉红哺鸡竹〉白哺鸡竹〉高节竹〉桂竹〉刚竹〉假毛竹;光合速率受生理因子的影响高于生态环境因子的影响,对9个笋用竹种叶片光合速率影响最大的因子是细胞间隙CO2浓度、气孔导度和蒸腾速率,环境因子光合有效辐射、空气温度、相对湿度对不同种的影响程度各不相同.
Several physiological and biochemical indexes such as amount of chlorophyll, free amino acids, β-carotene and activity of nitrate reductase were measured for leaves from 9 edible shoot bamboos. Results show that the indexes of the 9 bamboos are similar in seasonal variation and occurrence of single-peak curve; that there is a significant correlation among chlorophyll content, nitrate reductase activity and β-carotene content, and also much a same one between chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity; and that the correlation coefficient between D-carotene content and chlorophyll content is up to 0. 958, that between β-carotene content and nitrate reductase activity is 0. 809, and that between chlorophyll content and nitrate reductase activity is 0. 730.
