摘要
工期、质量、成本称为工程项目的三大控制目标,三者相互依存,相互影响.工程项目优化控制的理想结果是同时实现合理的工期、较低的费用和较高的质量.利用多属性效用函数以及效用分解定理,建立了基于资源约束条件下的工期、质量、成本的综合均衡优化与控制模型,并引入遗传算法,对模型进行求解.通过一个应用实例,对实际施工中的工期、质量、成本综合均衡优化给出了备选方案.
Time, quality and cost, with mutual influence upon one another, are the three major controlled items for project management. The best solution for a project is to achieve high quality with low cost in a proper time limit. This paper, by employing the multi-utility function and the decomposable theory of utility, has built a model for integrated optimization of time, quality and cost under resource restriction, and by using the genetic algorithm, has solved the problem for a universal model. Then, by adducing an example, the paper provides a useful scheme for the practical work over integrated optimization and controlling model. This study bears some theoretical and realistic value to project optimization.
