摘要
通过主成分分析法和聚类分析法建立模型,运用SAS统计软件对国内11家家电企业的竞争力进行测评,为家电行业各企业制定合理的竞争策略提供一些依据,结果表明长虹、美的、海尔以及格力的企业竞争力比较强.
Through the principal components analytic method and the cluster analytic method establishment model, the article carries on the evaluation using the SAS statistics software to the domestic 11 electrical appliances enterprise's competitive power, provide some bases on formulating the correct competition strategy for the electrical appliances profession various enterprises. The result indicates Changhong,Midea, Haier and Gree are more stronger than others.
