摘要
通过用改性壳聚糖和无机高分子助剂制备出一种环保型造纸污水絮凝剂,考察了pH值、搅拌速率等对其絮凝效果的影响,确定了该絮凝剂处理造纸污水的最佳处理工艺,使其与传统絮凝剂相比,对水中CODcr和SS的去除率分别提高了9.2%和5.8%,且处理吨污水的絮凝剂成本下降了8.8%,具有明显的经济与环境效益。
A environmentally friendly flocculant was prepared from modified ehitosan and accelerant of inorganic polymer. By testing and studying the influences of pH and agitation rate, we confirmed the best process of treating papermaking wasterwater. Compared with the traditional floeeulent, the removal rates of CODCr and SS of this flocculant was inereased by 9.2% and 5.8% respectively, the cost of floceulant was reduced by 8.8%.So this floeeulant has obvious economy and environmental benefits.
