图书馆为培训教学科研服务的思考与架构

Consideration and Framework of Library Service to Training, Teaching and Research

行业企业类院校的人财物归行业企业管理，业务归省教育厅指导。这就决定了行业企业类院校图书馆必需为企业培训员工，按行业企业的需求兼顾社会责任办好学历教育。本文面对行业企业类院校图书馆在各自院校中的地位与作用，就如何提升图书馆服务效能，提出了图书馆的可持续发展战略，及行业企业类院校图书馆为培训教学科研服务的架构。

The human, financial, and material resources of the industry/enterprise - run universities and colleges are under the management of the industries or enterprises, while their operation is under the guidance of provincial educational departments. This means that these libraries must offer service to staff training of the enterprises in addition to curricula education as their social responsibility. This paper, based on the position and role of the libraries in the industry/enterprise - run universities and colleges, proposes the sustainable development strategies on how to increase their service efficiency of the libraries and the framework of the libraries offering service to training, teaching and research.
