后腹腔镜肾上腺髓脂肪瘤切除术

Retroperitoneoscopic excision of adrenal myelolipoma

目的后腹腔镜肾上腺髓脂肪瘤切除术的临床疗效分析。方法2004年7月至2007年12月对6例肾上腺髓脂肪瘤患者行后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术,其中男性2例,女性4例,平均年龄59.8岁;左侧2例,右侧4例;CT示肿瘤直径为2.6～6.2cm,平均4.5cm。结果本组手术平均时间117min,术中平均出血量68ml,术后平均住院时间7.5天;术中、术后均未发生明显并发症,病理结果证实均为肾上腺髓脂肪瘤。随访4至48个月,6例患者均未复发。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺髓脂肪瘤切除术创伤小、恢复快、疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic excision of adrenal myelolipoma. Methods Between Jul. 2004 and Dec. 2007, retroperitoneoscopic excision of adrenal myelolipoma was performed in 6 cases, including 2 men and 4 women, left side in 2 cases and right in 4, with the average age of 59.8 years, computed tomography （CT） showed the tumor size were 2.6-6.2 cm （mean 4.5 cm）. Results The mean operative time was 117 min, and the mean blood loss was 68 ml, the mean postoperative stay was 7.5 days, the final pathology reports were adrenal myelolipoma. No complications occurred in our study. No recurrent evidence had been found in these 6 patients during 4-48 months of follow-up. Conclusions Retroperitoneoscopic excision of adrenal myelolipoma has the advantage of minimal invasion, rapid recovery and confirmed effectivenss.
