摘要
文章分析了劳动合同的签订、变更、续签、解除等环节存在的问题，同时从实施劳动合同的各个环节较为全面地阐述了如何完善和健全电力企业劳动合同管理，以推进电力企业劳动合同管理科学化、规范化、法制化，促进劳动关系和谐稳定发展。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the signing, change, renewal and termination of labor contract, and completely describes how to improve labor contract management in power utilities from different aspects of labor contract implementation in order to advance scientific, standardized and legal labor contract management, achieving harmonious and stable development of labor relation.
