The scale of electric power construction market has receded stably, and the construction enterprise＇s average market share will drop suddenly, hick causes the market competition to be more intense and brutal. The project bid will present the new characteristic under this situation. This article analyzes the main characteristic of current project bid, and aimed at the countermeasure which the bid unit should adopt to carry on the analysis.
