摘要
根据陕西省电力公司“三二一”发展战略和加快建设“一强三优”现代公司的目标要求,为理顺财务管理关系,提高财务资源使用效率,创新财务管理机制,规范财务行为,控制财务风险,努力提高陕西电力职工培训中心财务管理水平,促进国有资产保值增值。本文根据陕西电力职工培训中心财务管理目标、任务,对财务管理模式提出相关建议。
Based on the development strategy "Three & Two & One" and the requirements of the Shaanxi Electric Power Company for building a modem company of "One Strength and Three Excellences", and in order to straighten out financial management relations, improve the efficiency of the use of financial resources, innovate upon financial management mechanisms, standardize financial conduct, control financial risk, enhance financial management, and increase the value of state - owned assets, this paper presents some recommendations to financial management in light of the objectives and tasks of financial management of the Shaanxi Electric Power Staff Training Center
