除尘器电场入口导流板对斜气流影响的研究

摘要 针对现场电除尘器的实际情况,提出了在电除尘器进气烟箱中的气流分布板上加装导流板以形成斜气流。采用FLUENT软件对除尘器内的气流分布进行了计算机模拟和试验研究,流场的模拟采用k-ε^2方程模型,计算采用SIMPLE算法。模拟实验设计了五种不同导流板角度和间距下的斜气流,实验结果表明:加装导流板可以形成斜气流;在角度45°间距504mm工况下,模拟结果与实测结果相符合;综合分析各模拟结果角度55°工况下形面的斜气流形式最为理想。为电除尘器的设计、运行和改造提供参考依据。 This article proposed that guide plates should be added on the air current distribution board in air box in order to form skewed gas flow. Software FLUENT was adopted to proceed numerical simulation and experiment about the duster's internal velocity distribution. The k - ε^2 equation model was taken in the Flow field simulation, and the computation was based on SIMPLE algorithm. There are four sorts of guide plates whieh have different fixing angle and fixing spaces for simulation of skewed gas flow. Eventually the simulative results indicated that setting guide plates can form the skewed gas flow and the simulation accorded with the experimental data at 45 degree , space 504mm condition. Comprehensively analysed, the result of 55 degree was better ideal. All of these offer a reference to design, running and improving of electric dust collector.
