摘要
氢冷发电机密封瓦及密封油系统安装是发电机安装中的重要环节,其安装质量好坏直接影响到机组漏氢量的大小,关系到机组的安全、经济运行。在密封油系统调试及试运行中,由于操作不当造成发电机进油恶性事故也屡见不鲜。文章以曲阜圣城热电厂220 MW发电机密封瓦安装及发电机进油事故为例,介绍该机型密封油系统特点,并重点分析产生密封瓦装配质量问题及发电机内部进油原因,提出安装优化工艺及措施。
The installation of sealing device and sealing oil system for hydrogen - cooled generator is an important part, the installation quality directly affects the unit＇ s amount of hydrogen leakage and relating unit＇ s safe and economic operation. Taking sealing device＇ s installation and oil leaking fault of 220MW generator on Qufu Shengcheng thermal power plant for example, the paper introduces the feature of this type sealing oil system, and analyses the reason of cause assembling quality for sealing device and oil leaking of generator, and puts forward optimum installation craft and measure.
