西宁供电公司送电工区送电线路地理信息系统的建设及应用

摘要 随着电网的发展和系统供电可靠性要求的提高,送电线路生产管理日趋于精细化。由于送电线路存在分布面广、分布区域地理条件复杂、并与空间图形密切相关,工程及结构图数量大等特殊性,因此,需将地理信息系统引入送电线路生产管理系统中,完善电网的安全运行管理。文章介绍了送电地理信息系统结构与数据库设计,以及系统的功能和实际应用。 Along with the improving of power grid development and system power supplying reliability, the producing management of transmission line becomes refined progressively. Because the transmission line possesses the particularity of large distribution, complicated geographical condition, large quantity of construction and structure drawings, thus the Geographical Information System (GIS) should be adopted into the transmission line management, in order to improve the security operation of power grid. The paper introduces the structure and database design of transmission line GIS, as well as the function of the system and its application.
