粤东地区中学体育教师现状调查与对策研究

An Aanalyse of the Current Situation of the PE Teachers in Middle Schools of Yuedong

运用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等方法,以粤东中学体育教师为对象,从宏观上分析当前粤东地区体育教师队伍的现状,从微观上探讨了在新时期下影响体育教师队伍发展的不稳定因素,并提出了相应的对策与措施,对提高粤东初中小学体育教师队伍的素质,推动粤东体育教师队伍的建设,为粤东地区体育教育事业的发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。

With the methods of investigation, documents and statistics,this paper, targeting at the PE teachers in middle schools of Yuedong,analyzes their current situation from macro view and probes into the unsteady factors,which influence the development of PE teachers, from micro view, aiming at giving some advice and reference to the improvement of the PE teachers＇ quality, the construction of the PE teacher group and the development of PE teaching in Yuedong.
