α-硫辛酸对高糖诱导下小鼠胰岛细胞功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究α-硫辛酸对高糖损伤下小鼠胰岛功能的影响.方法:体外培养小鼠胰岛细胞NIT-1,将细胞分为6组,空白对照组,高糖作用组,α-硫辛酸作用组(浓度分别为50,100,200,300μmol/l),对它们的6,12,24h的细胞活性、24h的氧化还原指标SOD活性、GSH-Px含量、MDA含量进行测定.结果:高糖可以使胰岛细胞活性下降、SOD和GSH-Px浓度下降、MDA含量增加,α-硫辛酸组可以明显抑制高糖引起的胰岛细胞的上述变化,抑制作用随α-硫辛酸浓度的增加而增强.结论:抗氧化剂α-硫辛酸对高糖引起小鼠胰岛素细胞的损伤有一定的保护作用,且有一定的浓度依赖性.
