This paper explains the concept , features, significance and the principle of protecting intangible cultural heritage. This paper analyzes the current situa- tion of protecting the intangible cultural heritage in Guangdong, the problems and the causes of the problems. At last this paper puts forward some protective measures of the intangible cultural heritage in Guangdong.
