利用飞秒泵浦-探测技术,在77K温度下测量了ZnSe-ZnS多量子阱材料的光学吸收非线性时间特性,其上升时间为10ps,恢复时间为14ps.讨论了其产生机制为带填充.
The time dependence of nonlinear optical absorption in ZnSe ZnS MQWs has been measured by using pump probe technique at femtosecond scale at 77K. It appears that the nonlinear response in ZnSe ZnS MQWs is about 10ps and the turn off time is about 14ps at 77K. The mechanism of nonlinear optical absorption is due to band filling of excitonic states.
