癌性疼痛与多模式治疗——2008年第12届世界疼痛大会综述之三

Cancer pain and multi-mode therapies

随着癌痛治疗以及研究的深入,阿片类药物治疗癌痛的理念不断更新,癌痛治疗其它方面,神经毁损、脊髓电刺激、程控吗啡泵镇痛、神经外科手术、细胞水平、药物无创治疗等亦发生着深刻的变革,本文根据12届世界疼痛大会将癌痛多模式镇痛治疗做一综述。

With the development of concept and reseach about cancer pain therapy, the new concept about opioid drug treating cancer have conspicuously changed a lot, and multi-mode therapy are also altering cancer pain treatment, such as nerve damage, spinal cord stimulation, program control morphine analgesic pump, neurosurgical procedures, cellular level, therapy about drugs of no invasion which of those are also profound changed. This article reviews the 12^th World Congress on Pain about caner pain and multi-mode therapies.
