摘要
目的探索双语"以问题为基础的学习"(PBL)教学方式在临床诊断学教学中的效果。方法在临床诊断学教学中引入双语PBL教学模式,组织教师根据临床诊断学课程特点进行相关双语PBL教案的撰写,在传统双语教学中结合PBL教学模式,组织学生和授课教师交流教学体会。结果PBL教学明显提高了学生的兴趣和自学能力,同时也提高了学生的临床思维能力和口头表达能力,为过渡到下一步临床课程的学习打下了良好的基础。双语PBL教学也有助于提高学生的医学专业英语水平。结论传统教学和PBL结合的教学方式运用于临床诊断学的教学能有效提高教学效果。
Objective To study the effects of bilingual problem-based learning (PBL) in teaching of clinical diagnosis. Methods The teachers were organized to write PBL case according to the characteristic of the course. The bilingual PBL teaching model was combined with the traditional bilingual teaching mode. Results PBL teaching mode increased the students' study motivations, interests and their ability of clinical thinking. Bilingual teaching upgraded the medical English level of students. Conclusion Combined traditional teaching mode to PBL teaching mode can increase the effects of clinical diagnosis teaching.
