摘要
目的:探讨趋化因子受体4(CXCR4)、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)在甲状腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义,为临床治疗甲状腺癌寻求新的治疗靶点提供依据。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测甲状腺癌、结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤及正常甲状腺组织中CXCR4、ER和PR的表达,应用统计学方法分析其与肿瘤病理类型、淋巴结转移、患者年龄和性别的关系。结果:甲状腺癌组织CXCR4、ER和PR的阳性表达率分别为100.0%、46.2%和43.6%;甲状腺腺瘤组织中分别为50.0%、10.0%和8.0%;结节性甲状腺肿组织中分别为30.0%、10.0%和8.0%;正常甲状腺组织中分别为0、5.0%和5.0%。CXCR4、ER和PR在甲状腺癌组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤及正常甲状腺组织,χ2值分别为102.482、35.955和36.305,P值均为0.000。CXCR4的强阳性表达率与甲状腺癌患者的淋巴结转移和病理类型相关,χ2值分别为10.243和10.805,P值分别为0.001和0.013;与患者年龄和性别无关,P均>0.05。结论:CXCR4、ER和PR在甲状腺癌组织中高表达,与患者淋巴结转移和病理类型密切相关,ER和PR阳性表达与甲状腺癌组织高分化相关,均可作为甲状腺癌患者预后的指标。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of CXC chemokine receptor 4 (CXCR4), estrogen receptors(ER)and progesterone receptors (PR) in thyroid canc- er, and offer a basis for seeking new target in thyroid cancer thera- py. METHODS: The S-P immunohistochemical technique was used to test the different expressions of CXCR4,ER and PR in tissues of thyroid cancer, thyroid adenoma, nodular goiter and normal thy- roid, The relation of the expressions of CXCR4, ER and PR in thy- roid cancer with pathological types, the state of lymphatic metastasis, age and sex was analyzed. RESULTS: The postive rates of CX- CR4, ER and PR in tissues of thyroid cancer, thyroid adenoma, nodular goiter and normal thyroid were 100.0%, 50.0 % , 30.0%, 0;46.2%, 10. 0%if0, 10. 0%, 5.0%;43. 6%, 8.0%, 8.0% and 5.0%, respectively. The postive rates of CXCR4, ER and PR in thyroid cancer were high ( x2 = 102. 482, P= 0. 000 ;x2= 35. 955, P= 0. 000 ;x2 =36. 305, P=0.000), and the postive rate of CX- CR4 was closely related to the pathological types of thyroid cancer and the state of lymphatic metastasis (x2-10. 243, P=0. 001; 2 --10. 805, P=0. 013), however, the positive expression did not related to age and sex (x2=0.000, P=1; x2=0.000, P=1), but it is contrary with the postive rates of ER and PR in thyroid cancer. CONCLUSIONS: The postive rates of CXCR4, ER and PR in thy- roid cancer are high, and the postive rates of them are closely relat- ed to the pathological types of thyroid cancer and the state of lym- phatic metastasis. The postive expressions of ER and PR in thyroid cancer is closely related to well-differentiated thyroid cancer. The postive expressions of CXCR4, ER and PR in thyroid cancer might be used as the marks to evaluate the prognosis. Chin J Cancer Prey Treat ,2008,15(22) : 1728-- 1730
