摘要
在角色的伦理定位上,行政人员应拥有角色信仰的公共性、角色追求的服务性和角色行为的道德性。现实生活中,行政人员承担着多种社会角色,面临着多种角色权利、义务和期待形成的伦理困境和角色冲突。在如何走出伦理困境、解决角色冲突的途径中,行政人员除了依靠行政制度和规范等外部资源外,还必须依赖其自身价值观、信仰、角色自觉和独立人格等内部资源构成的伦理调适。
In the role of ethical positioning, administrators should have the public nature of role faith, the service of role pursuit and the moral of role behavior. In reality, administrators bear a variety of social roles, faced with the multiple roles of the rights, duties and expectations. These roles form the ethical dilemma and conflicts. To get out the ethical dilemma and resolve the conflict of roles, the administrators will not only rely on the external resources, such as the administrative system and norms, but also rely on ethical adaptation ethical adaptation which is formed of values, beliefs, the consciousness of role and the independent personality.
