Analysis of Raising Funds Channels of Colleges Subordinateto Cities in Undeveloped Areas——Take Colleges Subordinate to Zhangjiakou as an Example

经过多年发展,我国高等教育取得了长足进步,但作为高等学校重要组成部分的地级城市高校,其经费短缺问题日益突出,严重影响了高等教育的可持续发展。本文详细分析了河北省张家口市市属高校筹资难的原因,提出了加强投资主渠道作用,实施有助于欠发达地区市属高校多元筹资渠道建立的措施。

After many years of development, our country＇s higher education has obtained great strides. But as an important part of higher education, in higher colleges subordinate to cities, the funds shortage seriously affects the sustainable development of higher education. This article analyzes difficulties in raising funds in higher colleges subordinate to Zhangjiakou city, proposes strengthening the investment in main channels, and carries out the measures which are helpful to establish the diverse raising funds channels in higher colleges under cities in undeveloped areas.
