Web 2.0 advocates the features of co-sharing, co-funding, blog, interaction and so on, to raise a new revolution for both on-line and off-line network. However, the question on the ways of development of the academic periodical of our country in Web2.0 era has become a major subject for academic environment and industry to concern about. This essay contains three aspects： current structure, existing issues, and market prospects. Finally, the author hopes that the academic periodical in our country could have a broader and wider prospect in the future.
