中西医结合治疗胃切除术后功能性排空障碍26例临床观察

Treatment of gastric emptying dysfunction after gastrectomy with combination of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine:clinical observation of 26 cases

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗胃切除术后功能性排空障碍的效果。方法:对23例胃切除术后功能性排空障碍的患者,在常规西医治疗基础上,加用胃管注入中药、穴位刺激等综合治疗。结果:23例患者均于术后16～32d恢复胃动力。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用中药与针刺是治疗胃切除术后功能性排空障碍的较理想方法。

Objective： To discuss the effects of treating gastric emptying dysfunction after gastrectomy with combination of TCM and western medicine. Methods： Treat 23 cases of gastric emptying dysfunction after gastrectomy with routine western medicine combining with herbs and acupuncture. Results： Gastric motility recovered in all cases within 16-32 days. Conclusion： Combination of western medicine and TCM is effective in treating gastric emptying dysfunction after gastrectomy.
