老年肠梗阻患者276例的综合治疗与细化护理

Comprehensive treatment and specific nursing for 276 senior patients with intestinal obstruction

目的:探讨老年肠梗阻有关临床特点、综合治疗的有关问题及护理方法。方法:对2000年～2008年70岁以上老年肠梗阻276例进行回顾性分析和总结。结果:134例患者行手术治疗,115例治愈。另142例采用非手术治疗,84例治愈。结论:(1)提高对老年肠梗阻临床特点的认识,正确地选择手术时机和合理的手术方式,能获良好预后。(2)加强患者各器官功能支持和营养代谢支持是减少死亡率的重要环节。(3)重视老年特点,给予适当的护理,促进康复。

Objective： To summarize the clinical characteristics and probe comprehensive treatments and specific nursing of intestinal obstruction in senior patients. Methods： Retrospective studies on 276 intestinal obstruction patients who were above 70 years old and were admitted to our hospital from 2000 to 2008 were conducted. Results： 115 out of 134 patients who underwent surgery were cured, while only 84 out of 142 patients who were given medication were cured. Conclusion： It＇s good for prognosis to know the clinical characteristics of senior intestinal obstruction; to grasp proper opportunity for operation and choose suitable surgical procedure. Nutrition and supplementary major organ function support are the key point of reducing death rate. Proper nursing according to senior patient＇s physiological characters can help recovery.
