塞北乌骨鸡和丝羽乌骨鸡生产性能的比较研究

Comparative Studies on Production Capaeity between Saibei Silkies and Silkies

目的研究塞北乌骨鸡蛋用品系的选育效果,便于推广应用.方法在同一饲养条件下,比较研究塞北乌骨鸡蛋用品系和丝羽乌骨鸡的外貌特征和生产性能.结果塞北乌骨鸡蛋用品系和丝羽乌骨鸡外貌特征基本一致;开产日龄、开产蛋重、开产体重分别比丝羽乌骨鸡提前24.19 d、重6.41 g、重257 g,差异显著(p<0.05);43周龄蛋重、43周龄产蛋量、高峰产蛋率分别比丝羽乌骨鸡重4.23 g、多41.01枚、高32.08个百分点,差异显著(p<0.05);就巢率降低到4.12%,比丝羽乌骨鸡低58.26个百分点,料蛋比为3.18,比丝羽乌骨鸡低47.44%,差异显著(p<0.05);塞北乌骨鸡种蛋受精率和受精蛋孵化率分别比丝羽乌骨鸡高8.26和13.64个百分点,0-6周龄、7-20周龄、21-60周龄成活率分别比丝羽乌骨鸡高17.06、11.47、7.13个百分点,差异显著(p<0.05).结论塞北乌骨鸡蛋用品系的外貌特征和丝羽乌骨鸡基本一致,生产性能显著优于丝羽乌骨鸡,宜于推广应用.

Objective In order to spread Saibei Silkies egg breed, the breeding effects were studied. Methods On the same raising conditions, the comparative studies on outward appearance characteristics and production performance were conducted between Saibei Silkies egg breed and Silkies. Results The outward appearance characteristic were uniformity between the two strains; the average age at first egg, egg weight at first egg and body weight at first egg of Saibei Silkies egg breed were significant higher by 24. 19 d, 6.41 g and 257g than silkies （p〈0.05） ; egg heavy at 43 week age, egg yield of 43 weeks age and the laying peak were significant higher by 4. 23 g, 41.01 eggs and 32.08 percentage points than that of silkies （p〈0. 05）; the rate of nesting was 4. 12%, significant lower by 58.26 percentage points and feedegg ratio were 3.18, significant lower by 47.44% than that of silkies （p〈0.05）; fertilization rate of seed eggs, hatching rate of fertilized eggs and the survival rate of chicken at 0-6 weeks age, at 7-20 weeks age, at 21-60 weeks age were significant higher by 8. 26, 13.64, 17.06, 11.47 and 7.13 percentage points than that of silkies （p〈0. 05）. Conclusion Saibei Silkies egg breed are basically uniform on outward appearance characteristics with Silkies and significant higher on production performance than Silkies. It is a suitable strain for spreading.
