摘要
经过20多年的改革开放和近年来高强度的西部大开发,我国民族地区的经济结构已发生了实质性的变化,其对人力资源的需求也与从前大不相同。这对民族教育提出了新的要求,要求民族教育要适应发展的形势,培养出大量的能满足改革开放需要和具有全球化视野的人力资源。
Through over 20 years of reform and opening up and the recent high speed development of the West, substantial changes have taken place in eeonomie structure in ethnic regions of China. As a result, the demand for human resources has also changed. This has posed a new challenge for ethnic edueation with the requirement of keeping pace with the development of the new situation and training a large number of human resources with a globalization vision to satisfy the needs of reform and opening-up.
