介绍了矿热电炉自焙电极在焙烧过程中温度测试仪表的组成及测温传感器在电极壳的安装位置,通过此测试仪器来检测电极糊在电极壳内的焙烧情况,采取有效措施避免自焙电极的软、硬断事故,效果较好。

it introduces the constitution of temperature testing instrument that used in self-baking electrodes in submerged arc furnace during the baking process, and the installment position of the temperature-measuring sensor in the electrode shell. By means of this measuring instrument, we can detect sintering situation of electrode paste in the electrode shell. Thus, the effective measure can be adopted to avoid soft and hard breakage of self-baking electrodes.
