微波消毒方法在中央空调中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的开发研究中央空调微波消毒装置并探讨其对室内空气微生物的控制效果。方法采用微波消毒与空气过滤器相结合方式设计微波消毒装置;给出微波消毒腔的设计和计算方法;试验测定对白葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌和大肠杆菌消毒效果。结果影响消毒效果的主要因素是微波功率、滤料含湿率和消毒时间;运行15 min后,杀灭率均可达到>90%,杀灭对数值均>1;微波谐振腔内场强均匀,没有明显"冷点";滤料各表面的杀菌效果一致,差异没有统计学意义。结论中央空调系统中应用微波消毒方法具有良好的前景,值得深入研究。 Objective To develop the microwave disinfection device used in ventilation and air- conditioning (VAC) system and study the removal and killing performance for airborne microbial microorganisms. Methods Microwave disinfection device was developed combined with air filter; design and calculation method was present; disinfection effect on White staphylococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus Subtilis, Escherichi coli was measured. Results The major influence factors on disinfection effect were microwave power, water - content of filter material and disinfecting duration. After 15min, the kill ratio was 〉90%, the log value was 〉 1. Microwave field was uniform and there was no obvious "cold spot". The kill effect of bacteria on each surface of filter was same, without statistical difference. Conclusion Microwave disinfection has good usage future in VAC system and deserve to deeply research.
