质量屋中考虑竞争性评估的技术特征重要度确定 被引量:4

Determining the importance of technical characteristics considering the competitive evaluation in house of quality

摘要 在质量功能配置的产品规划阶段,技术特征重要度的确定对于整个质量屋的优化决策以及下一阶段的配置决策有着重要的作用。但现有处理方法不能很好地考虑质量屋中市场竞争性评估和技术竞争性评估信息,对此提出了一种确定产品技术特征重要度的方法。利用建立起来的产品规划质量屋中的信息,综合考虑市场竞争性评估和技术竞争性评估,根据已有的基于语言术语的专家经验和知识,引入人工神经网络,实现基于神经网络的模糊推理,从而有效地进行产品技术特征重要度的评估,并以实例分析了该方法的可行性。 During the product planning stage in Quality Function Deployment (QFD), the final importance of the technical characteristics was crucial to optimize the whole House of Quality (HoQ) and to make configuration decisions for the next stage. Traditional methods didn't consider both market competitive evaluation information and technical competitive evaluation information. To deal with this problem, a method to determine the importance of technical characteristics was presented. With the information in the existing HoQ, by considering market competitive evaluation and technical competitive evaluation, based on the available linguistic terms and experts' knowledge, the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) was introduced to realize neural network-based fuzzy reasoning, the final importance of the technical characteristics was determined by this new method. An example was given to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
