摘要
目的探讨血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原153(CA153)、癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测对卵巢恶性疾病的诊断价值。方法用化学发光免疫法测定39例卵巢肿瘤患者和51例卵巢良性疾病患者CEA、CA125、CA199、CA153的结果与临床诊断的关系。结果卵巢肿瘤组CA199、CA125、CA153水平高于良性疾病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。4项肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高卵巢肿瘤诊断的灵敏度和准确度。结论该4项肿瘤标志物联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断有一定的价值,可有效区别于良性疾病组。
Objective To appraise the value of combined detection of multiple tumor markers of CA125, CA199,CA153,CEA in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods Thirty-nine cases of ovarian cancer and 51 cases of benign ovarian disease were tested by applying chemiluminescence immunoassay, and the relationship between the results and the clinical diagnosis was analyzed retrospectively. Results The levels of CA199,CA125,CA153 and CEA of malignant group were significantly higher than those of benign group (P〈0.01). Combined detection of the four tumor markers improved the sensitivity and accuracy of ovarian tumor diagnosis. Conclusion Combined detection of four tumor markers (CA199,CA125,CA153 and CEA) contributes to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
