胎肾的生长发育与顶臀长、胎龄的相关分析

ANALYSIS OF CORRELATION BETWEEN THE LENGTH,WIDTH,THICKNESS AND WIGHT OF FETAL KEDNEY AND C.R.OR FETAL AGE

测量受精龄13—38周的胎儿195例。结果胎肾的长、宽、厚、重随CR、胎龄(周)的增加而增加,但生长速度逐渐减慢。胎肾各径线及肾重与CR、胎龄呈直线相关,相关系数分别大于0.90和0.85,p<0.001。且应变量与自变量间有回归依存关系。说明按CR 或末次月经推算胎龄是可靠的。但按CR 推算胎龄优于按末次月经推算胎龄。

Measured were the length,width,thickness and weight of kidneys of 195 normal fetuses whose fetal ages were 13—38 weeks(C.R.110—360mm).The results show that the length,width,thickness and weight of the kidneys increase with the growth of the fetuses,but the speed slows down gradually. There is a linear correlation between the length,width,thickness and weight of fetal kidneys and C.R.or fetal age.The correlation coefficients are 0.90 and 0.85 respectively(p<0.001),But there is a linear regression between dependene variables and independent variables.This shows that the fetal age can be reliabty calculated according to C.R.or mentration.But C.R.is more reliable than men- stration.
