现代中医学基本概念逻辑矛盾剖析

Analysis on the logical contradiction of the basic conception of modern Chinese medicine

在中医学基本概念证、证候、病机、病因之间存在严重的逻辑矛盾,加之证素、证型、型、辨证分型与之混杂,从而导致概念间逻辑混乱难以控制的局面。故文章认为在重新界定内涵基础上,对这些概念或术语进行归并和取舍,统一、规范和净化中医学基本概念,是中医重大基础研究的当务之急。

There is a very serious logical contradiction among the basic conceptions in Chinese medicine such as syndrome, symptoms and signs, pathogens and pathogenesis. And the situation get worse after the new conceptions melt in, which include key pattern elements, syndrome pattern, pattern, pattern of syndrome differentiation and so on. It is urgent and necessary for significant and basic Chinese medicine research that we should unify, normalize and purify the basic conceptions in Chinese medicine, by merging, accepting and rejecting of the conceptions or the terms concerned on the basis of the definition of the connotation anew.
