摘要 遥视系统的安装和实施,可以使主站管理人员对前端厂站电气设备的运行环境进行监控,为无人值班变电站的建设提供了技术保障。该系统采用两台主机分别采集视频信息和动力环境信号;通过安装插件和采用IEC104规约解决子站不同类型主机接入主站的问题;研发了分布式级联流媒体服务器集群技术以解决视频流的多级转发和负载均衡问题。系统建成后,具有运行监控和安全防范两大功能,现已在福建省投入使用,并达到预期效果,受到用户好评。 The handlers of main stations can monitor running environment of electric equipments by the installation and actualization of video monitoring system which offers technical guarantees to unattended substation. This paper introduces the three-structure and the function of provincial video monitoring system. Two host computers collect video signals and power environment signals severally. The system fixes plug-ins and uses IEC104 communication protocol to solve the problem of the station access of different types of hosts in substation. It also investigates the distributed cascade streaming media server cluster technology to solve the problem of video streaming multi-transmitting and load balance. The video monitoring system has two functions of operating monitoring and security precaution, which has put in operation in Fujian Province,and win approval.
