摘要 通过综合国内外相关理论,对笼型异步电动机几种转子断条故障诊断方法进行了研究。仿真或实验验证结果表明,所有的方法对检测笼型异步电动机的转子故障是有效的。在此基础上讨论了转子断条故障诊断方法的发展趋势,为电机转子断条故障研究者提供了理论指导。 Induction motor is widely used in industry and agriculture, and its operating condition directly affects productivity effect and production cost. Among motor faults, broken rotor bar is one of the common faults. The broken rotor bar fault diagnosis for squirrel cage induction motor is investigated based on the international and domestic relate theory. All of the methods are tested by simulation or experiments to identify their validity in motor rotor fault analysis. And the development tendency of the rotor bars fault diagnostic methods is presented. It also provides one review on motor broken rotor bar diagnosis for motor researchers.
