摘要 介绍了一种基于USB和CAN总线技术的数据采集系统的设计与实现。该系统主要由一个USB-CAN节点和多个数据采集节点构成,采用CAN总线构成通信网,以USB总线接口实现主节点与计算机的通信,数据采集节点完成电力设备参数采集,可以通过一台主机监控多个电力设备状态参数。对系统的总体结构、硬件设计、软件设计等方面进行了详细的说明。结果表明,该系统实现了电力监控系统中的电力参数检测和总线通信,具有实时性强、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、容易扩展新节点等优点。 This paper presents a kind of data collection system for power monitor based on universal serial bus (USB) and controller area network(CAN) bus. The system consists of a USB-CAN node and several data collection nodes. Applying CAN bus for communication among those nodes the system can communicate with computer by USB. With multi parameters of power equipment collected by data collection nodes, the host computer can monitor several power equipments on-line. Integrated architecture of the system is proposed. Hardware configuration and software design are discussed in detail. The results show that the system is practical to acquire data and communicate by bus. It is real-timely, reliable, and good at suppressing interference. Moreover, it is easy to add a new CAN node.
