摘要
鉴于龙钢1#高炉与国内同类型先进高炉相比能耗较高的现状,结合龙钢实际,分析了当前可采取的节能降耗措施(提高精料水平、提高喷煤比、探索合理的操作参数等)及采取相关措施后的节能效果。
The energy consumption of No. 1 Blast Furnace in Longgang was higher than that of the domestic same type advanced BF. It analyzed the current energy saving measures, such as improving the level of beneficiated burden material, improving the ratio of gunning coal, exploring the rational operation parameters, and so on. It also analyzed the energy saving effect by adopting the corresponding measures.
