摘要
针对韶钢炼轧厂生产成本过高的问题,引进了超快速冷却装置。通过对钢筋进行轧后快速冷却,实现较低合金成份的钢坯轧制出综合性能符合国家标准的热轧带肋钢筋,从而大幅度降低成本。
A super speed cooling facility was introduced according to the high production cost of steelmaking and rolling plant in Shaogang. Through super speed cooling after rolling, the prehensive properties of the hot rolled rebar met the state standard with low alloying composition. The production cost was reduced rapidly.
