引出了循环经济内涵及"3R"原则,分析了钢铁业发展循环经济的重要性和紧迫性,探讨了钢铁业发展循环经济的主要途径,对钢铁业发展循环经济提出了几点看法。
The concept and character of circular economy and 3R principles were introduced. The importance and urgency of devloping circular economy in steel industry were analyzed. The mian way for developing circular economy was discussed, and some points were put forward for developing circular economy in steel industry.
