摘要
为解决拆卸序列规划过程中的组合爆炸问题,提出了产品的基于模块化的拆卸回收模型,对零部件之间的约束关系进行定义;提出了基于约束关系矩阵的拆卸序列规划方法,降低了拆卸模型的复杂度,提高了搜索的效率.最后,通过一个实例验证了该方法的合理性和有效性.
To solve the problem of combination explosion during the disassembly sequence generation process, this thesis comes up with the disassembly model of product based on modularization and defines restriction matrix, studies on the generating of product's disassembly sequence based on restriction matrix and obtains the method of generating product's disassembly sequence. This method reduces the complication of disassembly model, and increases the efficiency of searching. At last, a case study is given to show that the method is applicable and effective.
