Dynamic characteristic analysis of pressure vessel system

摘要 通过有限元分析发现电机及变速箱等结构对压力容器系统的动力学特性有不可忽略的影响,导致上封头出现局部弯曲及拉伸振型,如若发生共振,将产生很大的动应力,引起振动疲劳,影响结构的安全性. The finite element analysis results showed that the motor and gear box has great effect on the dynamic characteristic of pressure vessel system, it lead to local bending and tensile mode in top head cover; the dynamic stress and vibrating fatigue will be induced in the case of resonating vibration , which will threat the safety of pressure vessel.
