摘要
针对光伏并网逆变器户外安装既要解决防水问题,又要满足产品热设计的要求,特别设计了上、下双层独立密封及转90度风道的特殊结构;将弱电控制电路与强电主电路相互隔离,对发热器件采用强迫风冷的方式解决散热问题。目前,这种结构方式已获得成功应用。
This paper presents a special design to meet the request of the waterproof and thermal design outdoors. This design adopts a double-deck waterproof case and a 90°airflow channel used in PV inverter, together with the technique that isolates the electronic controllers with main electric circuits and cools the exothermic elements with compact fans. Recently, the technology has been successfully applied in PV inverter.
