摘要
针对目前国内供电可靠率的管理多数停留在事后控制的现状,介绍了利用配电管理系统(DMS)实现供电可靠率预控与全过程管理的思路,并以湖州电力局DMS项目为例,对供电可靠率的几种预控手段进行了说明,对全过程管理的概念和实现方法进行了阐述。
In view of existing situation that control is mostly after power-cut in power supply system. A train of thought on pre-control and all process management of reliability in power supply system by DMS is introduced. For example, there is a DMS project of Huzhou electric power bureau. Several pre-control means, concept and implementation methods of all process management are introduced.
