冠心病患者甲状腺激素水平与血脂的关系 被引量:3

Relationship Between Serum Thyroid Hormones Levels and Lipid Profile in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的:探讨甲状腺功能正常的冠心病患者中血清甲状腺激素与血脂的相关性。方法:54例男性和74例女性冠心病患者在空腹状态下采集血标本,分别测定甲状腺激素、血脂和血糖水平。结果:Pearson相关分析显示:在男性组中总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)呈显著正相关(r=0.258,P<0.05),游离甲状腺素(FT4)与载脂蛋白B(apoB)呈显著负相关(r=-0.444,P<0.05);在女性组中TT3与载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)呈显著正相关(r=0.315,P<0.05),促甲状腺激素(TSH)与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈显著正相关(r=0.234,P<0.05)FT4与脂蛋白a[LP(a)]呈显著负相关(r=-0.291,P<0.05)。结论:在甲状腺功能正常的冠心病患者中,甲状腺激素与血脂之间有一定的相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlationship between serum thyroid hormones levels and lipid profile in euthyroid patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Serum thyroid hormones ( T3, T4, TSH, FT3, FT4 ) were measured with CLIA and lipid profile [TG, TC, HDL -C, LDL - C, apoA1, apoB, LP(a) ] were examined with biochemistry in 128 euthyroid patients with CHD. Results In male patients (n =54), the levels of T3 were significantly positively correlated with the levels of LDL -C (r = 0. 286, P 〈 0. 05 ) and the levels of FT4 were signifieantly negatively correlated with levels of apoB ( r = - 0. 444, P 〈 0.05 ). In the females ( n = 74), the levels of T3 and TSH were significantly positively correlated with the levels of apoA1 and HDL - C respectively ( r = 0. 315, P 〈 0. 05, r = 0. 234, P 〈 0. 05 ), while the levels of FT4 were significantly negatively correlated with the levels of LP(a) ( r = - 0. 291,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion There were eorrelationships between certain parameters of serum thyroid hormones levels and lipid profile in euthyroid patients with CHD, however no general rule or conclusion could be reached.
