冠心病患者血清真胰岛素水平的变化分析

摘要 目的:探讨真胰岛素(TI)与冠心病(CHD)之间的关系。方法:选择经临床确诊的CHD患者107例和正常对照35例,每例均行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),测量各时相的TI浓度。结果:CHD组OGTT各时相TI水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TI水平变化与CHD发生明显相关,是发生CHD的重要危险因素。 Objective To investigate the levels of true insulin(TI) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods The levels of ture insulin were measured in 107 patients with CHD and 35 control subjects. Results Ture insulin levels were increased in CHD patients group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The changes of serum levels of TI were related with the development of CHD and were useful in the assessment of progress of disease and prognosis in patients with CHD.
