金融创新体系是区域创新体系的重要组成部分和推动力量。成渝经济区金融创新体系建设面临的主要问题是金融支持体制不完善。加快成渝经济区金融创新体系建设,必须健全金融支持体制,完善信贷机制和风险投资市场,增强银行和风险投资机构的资金支持力度,为创新活动提供更加充足的信贷资金和风险资金。

New financial system provides a strong financial security for the regional innovation system and is an important part and driving force of the regional innovation system. The main problem of financial innovation system of Chengdu - Chongqing Economic Area is imperfect financial support system. To speed up financial innovation system building for Chengdu - Chongqing economic zone, we must improve the financial support system ; perfect the mechanism of credit and venture capital markets , enhance funding support for the banking and venture capital bodies ,provide more adequate credit funds and venture capital for innovation activities .
