下颌角度质骨厚度与无牙颌剩余牙槽嵴高度的相关性及其临床意义

A study on the correlation between the cortical thickness at the gonion and the height of residual ridge and its clinical significance

本文通过曲面体层X线摄片测量,对男女两组共46例无牙颌患者下颌角皮质骨厚度与剩余牙槽嵴高度进行相关性研究,结果发现,下颌角皮质骨厚度与剩余牙槽嵴高度呈显著正相关关系(男女两组均为P<0.01);男性组下颌角皮质骨厚度及剩余牙槽嵴高度虽均大于女性组,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.5)。该结果提示全身性因素对剩余牙槽嵴吸收起主要作用。

Panoramic radiographic measurements were taken to study the relationship between the cortical thickness at the gonion (GCT) and the height of residual ridge (HRR) in 46 edentulous patients. The results show that there were highly significant direct correlations between the GCT and HRR in both male and female groups of edentulous patients (both P<0.01) , the GCT of male group was thicker than that of female group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.5). It indicates that systemic factors are the main factors of residual ridge resorption in edentulous patients.
